Change Management Lifecycle

We partner with you to develop and facilitate a change management program that transitions your employees and organization to a target state aligned with your business strategy.

 

STEP 1:  PLAN CHANGE
During this step, we facilitate the up-front change planning and help you develop a Change Plan.  Activities include: stakeholder analysis, target state visioning, change structure definition (e.g. governance, approach, change branding) and identification of high-level change impacts.

 

STEP 2: BUILD EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP AND COMMITMENT
Your leadership team must clearly support and communicate the target state vision. We help you identify and engage leaders by preparing them (identifying and reinforcing key behaviors), coaching them to engage with key stakeholders and supporting them to effectively lead through the change.

 

STEP 3: MANAGE CHANGE
We ensure that your organization is ready to adopt the coming changes by engaging a network of “change agents”, monitoring change adoption across the organization, and ensuring the business is ready to perform in the target state.

 

STEP 4:  ENABLE AND TRANSFORM THE ORGANIZATION
Employing our existing Process, Training and Performance services we support you through the entire change implementation – ensuring that your organization has the right skilled people, processes, tools and infrastructure to support the target state.
