Learning Program Strategy

A solid learning strategy is critical when delivering highly complex training program to a global workforce.

 

STEP 1: ANALYZE BUSINESS NEED
We seek to understand the business problem that a potential learning solution would be used to solve.  We analyze your whole global business environment: including processes, technology, competencies of employees, culture, and competing priorities.

 

STEP 2: PLAN STRATEGY
Once a learning program has been deemed the solution, we explore various options with you for closing the gap on learner skills, knowledge and behavior. We document the proposed solution(s), audience, curriculum, learning and content management system requirements, any constraints, delivery options, and timeline/budget.

Curriculum Management

Multiple courses are required for building complex skills.  Curriculum Management allows organizations to more effectively track courses as well as manage employee skills and knowledge.

 

STEP 1: AUDIENCE ANALYSIS
Starting with your organizational chart, we look across all roles, responsibilities and relationships.  For each functional role, we examine the culture, career ladder, technical, managerial, and behavioral skills and identify what information each role needs for success.

 

STEP 2: CURRICULM DESIGN
We create a matrix that displays each functional role, reporting relationships, required and optional courses as well as any additional activities (policy or process reviews, mentoring time, etc.)

 

STEP 3: LEARNING MANAGEMENT
An LMS (Learning Management System) is an automated way to manage your curriculum, deliver and track employee training.  We can help you select and implement the most appropriate learning management system for your organization.

 

STEP 4: CURRICULUM IMPLEMENTATION
With your LMS in place, we will build and implement the curriculum infrastructure so you can facilitate and monitor your employees training and performance online.

STEP 1: MANAGE LOGISTICS
During the deployment of learning, we ensure all of the logistics for communicating, delivering, distributing and documenting learning activities to the target learners.

 

STEP 2: FACILITATION
We provide experienced trainers to deliver professional, interactive and engaging learning sessions.

 

STEP 3: MEASURE RESULTS
After delivery, learner comprehension is evaluated. Additional evaluations are conducted 3 months post training and 6 months post training, or as needed.  We also provide tools for making learning sustainable, using our performance support solutions.
